Researchers report a case of cotyledonoid leiomyoma in a 45 years old women presented with abnormal uterine bleeding. On laparotomy, a large multinodular, exophytic, fungatingtumor mass adherent to the fundus of the uterus was seen. Microscopic examination revealedcotyledonoid leiomyoma.
