AB  - In this study, <I>Oxynoemacheilus mesudae</I> from Kufu stream, Buyuk Menderes river, Dinar and <I>Oxynoemacheilus atili</I> Eflatun Pinari, Beysehir Lake Basin were described. These two new species are distinguished from the other members of Oxynoemacheilus by the shape of swim bladder bony capsule, colour pattern and some morphometric characteristics.
