We report a patient with intermittent diarrhea and failure to thrive who have a pseudo-obstruction which finally led to the diagnosis of a Intestinal neuronal dysplasia. A review of literature is presented to elucidate the differential diagnosis of the neuronal intestinal dysplasia and pseudo obstruction.} }
